How much does a bonsai plant in Nepal cost?

This one is Rs. 3,750 — for a curated indoor bonsai with ceramic pot — bonsai at Kathmandu nurseries typically starts around Rs. 4,500 for comparable indoor varieties. Delivery inside Ring Road is Rs. 150 (free over Rs. 5,000), and you can pay with eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, cash on delivery or an international card from abroad.

Is bonsai difficult to keep alive indoors?

Less than its reputation suggests — bright indirect light, weekly watering when the topsoil dries, and monthly misting cover it. Every order includes a care card in plain Nepali-English; the "patience" part is optional but recommended.

Can I order this bonsai plant from the USA, UK or Australia for delivery in Nepal?

Yes — a large share of our orders come from Nepalis living abroad. Pay securely from any country with an international card, and we deliver to your family's address anywhere in Nepal, including all 77 districts. Your handwritten message card travels with the gift, and we can send you a photo once it is delivered.

Which bonsai variety is this?

A curated indoor-friendly variety chosen for Kathmandu's light and temperatures — typically ficus or similar tolerant species, potted in ceramic with pruning scissors-friendly branches. The exact tree varies slightly; each one is selected individually.

Do you deliver this bonsai plant outside Kathmandu?

Yes — we deliver to all 77 districts of Nepal, from Kaski to Morang, Kailali to Ilam, through our fragile-safe courier partners. Inside the valley it arrives in 1–2 days; outside, allow 2–4 working days.

Bonsai in Nepal, without the mystique tax

A curated indoor bonsai in a proper ceramic pot — the tree that fits the table. Bonsai prices in Nepal usually hide behind "call us"; ours is Rs. 3,750, potted and delivered. It is the gift for the person whose home already has plants and needs a conversation instead.

What living with a bonsai is actually like

Indoor bonsai ask for bright indirect light, a weekly watering rhythm and occasional pruning — ten thoughtful minutes a week. In return they slowly become the most photographed object in the house and, over years, genuinely yours: no two owners shape the same tree.

Gifting the long game

Bonsai is the anti-disposable gift — it outlives trends, moves with its owner and grows more valuable (sentimentally, then actually). Ordered often for fathers, new home-owners and the mentors in life. Valley-wide same-day; nationwide in spill-safe courier packaging.
