Question 1

How long do personalised pieces take?

Accepted Answer

Most pieces are ready in 2–4 days after you approve the proof — hoops and engravings at the shorter end, detailed portrait work at the longer end. We confirm the exact timeline before you pay.

Question 2

How do I send my photos or wording?

Accepted Answer

Reply to the order confirmation message with clear, well-lit photographs or the exact names, dates and words to use. The studio sends a proof for your approval before any needle or blade moves.

Question 3

Can I get a personalised gift delivered the same day?

Accepted Answer

Personalised work needs making time, so same-day is not possible for these pieces. If you need a gift today, our cakes, bouquets and chocolate collections all deliver same-day before 2 PM.

Question 4

Are the portraits drawn from real photographs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you send the photograph, the artist draws or paints from it. Choose the style (sketch or canvas) on the product page and send your clearest photo for the best likeness.
