Question 1

How fresh are the cakes, really?

Accepted Answer

Every cake is baked the same morning it is delivered — nothing sits in a display fridge. If a flavour needs a day's notice (large celebration cakes), the product page says so clearly.

Question 2

Can I get a cake delivered today?

Accepted Answer

Yes — order before 2 PM and we deliver the same day inside Ring Road, Kathmandu. We call to confirm the delivery window before leaving.

Question 3

Can the message on the cake be custom?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Write your message at checkout and our bakers pipe it by hand — short messages piped on bento cakes, longer ones on the celebration cakes.

Question 4

How much does cake delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is a flat Rs. 150 across the valley, and free on orders over Rs. 5,000. Cash on delivery, eSewa and Khalti are all accepted.
