Question 1

How big are the giant teddies?

Accepted Answer

The giant teddies stand roughly 3–4 feet (about 90–120 cm) tall — a real presence in a room. Each product page lists its exact size and what it arrives dressed with.

Question 2

Are the teddies safe for small children?

Accepted Answer

They are soft plush toys with securely stitched features. For children under 3, we suggest removing any ribbons, small decorative roses or accessories before gifting.

Question 3

What do the teddies arrive holding?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the piece — a handmade rose bouquet, ribbons, or a small cake alongside. The product page shows and lists exactly what is included.

Question 4

Can a teddy be delivered the same day?

Accepted Answer

Yes — order before 2 PM and we deliver the same day inside Ring Road, Kathmandu. A teddy at the door by evening is a very good evening.
