If something goes wrong
Late, damaged or missing?
Rare — but here's our word:
We make it right
- Late same-day run (after 2 PM cutoff was met) → delivery fee refunded
- Any gift damaged in transit → free replacement within 24 hours
- Wrong item delivered → correct one couriered same day, keep the first
- Photo proof of the wrapped gift on request before dispatch
We can't cover
- Delays caused by bandhs, strikes or weather we can't control
- Incorrect addresses or phone numbers given at checkout
- Perishables left unrefrigerated after confirmed delivery
Call +977 986-275-5713 (Sunday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM) the moment something feels off — a human answers, not a menu.
