Question 1

Can the nameplate carry our family or house name?

Accepted Answer

Yes — any name, house name or initial set. Send the exact wording at checkout and the studio confirms the carved layout before cutting.

Question 2

How long does a carved nameplate take?

Accepted Answer

3–5 days of carving after layout approval. The exact timeline is confirmed before you pay — handwork keeps honest hours.

Question 3

Are the nameplates weather-proof?

Accepted Answer

They are finished for outdoor mounting — sealed against rain and sun. A yearly beeswax rub keeps the wood fed and the carving crisp.

Question 4

Does it come with mounting fittings?

Accepted Answer

Yes — hidden hooks and a mounting guide travel with every piece, ready for the door or gate.
