Question 1

Can I put a photograph on a mug?

Accepted Answer

Yes — send the clearest, best-lit photo you have and we confirm the print before it goes on. Faces print best from photos where they fill the frame.

Question 2

Are the mugs dishwasher-safe?

Accepted Answer

The print is made for the daily rotation — hand washing keeps it crispest for the longest. Each product page lists its care specifics.

Question 3

How long do personalised mugs take?

Accepted Answer

A day or two of making time after print approval. Shelf designs deliver same-day before 2 PM inside Ring Road, Kathmandu.

Question 4

Can I order matching mugs as a pair?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a pair of his-and-hers or best-friend mugs makes a wonderful set gift. Order both in one go and they travel together.
