Question 1

What is inside a festival box?

Accepted Answer

The season's essentials — each box's complete contents are listed on its product page. Everything is chosen to keep well through the festival week.

Question 2

When should I order for Dashain and Tihar?

Accepted Answer

As early as you can — the best boxes sell out in the rush and delivery slots fill days ahead. A week's lead time keeps every option open.

Question 3

Can I send festival boxes to family in other cities?

Accepted Answer

Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout — the box travels ribboned, with your hand-written note inside.

Question 4

Do festival boxes deliver the same day?

Accepted Answer

When ordered before 2 PM, yes — inside Ring Road, Kathmandu. In festival weeks we still recommend ordering ahead.
