Question 1

What can be stitched on a hoop?

Accepted Answer

Names, dates, short lines — the wording that matters. Keep it to a few words; hand embroidery rewards brevity and the stitch shows best.

Question 2

How long does a custom hoop take?

Accepted Answer

3–5 days of handwork after you approve the proof. We confirm the exact timeline before you pay, and the proof comes within a day of your order.

Question 3

Do hoops come ready to hang?

Accepted Answer

Yes — each hoop is finished, backed and ready for a nail or a hook the moment it is unwrapped.

Question 4

Can I choose the thread colours?

Accepted Answer

You can guide us — send the room's colours or the wedding palette with your order and the studio matches threads in the proof for your approval.
