Question 1

Which chocolates are in the bouquets?

Accepted Answer

Ferrero Rocher, Cadbury and KitKat among others — each product page lists the exact composition of its arrangement.

Question 2

Do chocolate bouquets melt in delivery?

Accepted Answer

They travel in rigid boxes, shaded and braced. Keep the bouquet cool and away from direct sun once it arrives, and it stays at its best.

Question 3

How long does a chocolate bouquet keep?

Accepted Answer

Several weeks stored cool. Many people keep the arrangement long after the chocolate is gone — it is that pretty.

Question 4

Can I add a message to a chocolate bouquet?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your hand-written note travels with every order, and the message bars in our chocolate collection say it in chocolate itself.
